I think that in my own openion that paralegal training can and will prepare you for a career as a full fleged attorney, right?

It could prepare you to be an attorney, assuming you end up practicing the same area of law that you are/were a paralegal in. If not, then it won’t.

You will learn how to complete forms, prepare pleadings, respond to discovery (if you are in a civil litigation firm).

But, if you want to be a lawyer, you might not want to waste the time to go to paralegal school and then be a paralegal. To get a job as a paralegal, you will need at least an associate’s degree and probably a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies (which will be fine when you go to law school since you need a bacehlor’s degree). Then, you’ll start out at the bottom and the only way to learn is to take a low-paying job and you would probably need to be a paralegal for a few years before you think you have learned enough to help you prepare for a career as an attorney.

But, on the other hand, it is a good "in" at the law firm that you would be working at. You can continue to work there during the days and go to law school part time (though law school would take 4 years to complete). Then, when you pass the bar (and assuming the law firm is large and still in existence), you should be able to transition to be an attorney.
